We sincerely hope you enjoy your Rafeya product, but we understand that sometimes customers change their minds. Please read our policies below before placing your order to ensure there are no surprises with processing any changes, cancellations, or returns.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

If you need to make a change to a confirmed order, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours from receipt of your order confirmation email.
You can reach us at www.rafeyafashion.com. In most cases, we’ll need to cancel your original order and place a new one.

RETURNS POLICY

If you're not happy, we're not happy. That's why Rafeya offers you a hassle-free returns policy.
Our main focus is to make you happy and satisfied. We gladly accept returns of unworn and unaltered merchandise within 14 days from the date of order delivery For returns 14 days from the order delivery date , you will not be eligible for a refund of the item purchased If the item does not fit you, we will gladly adjust it and we will deliver it back in 4 days.
If your item can not be adjusted, we will gladly produce a new one from scratch with no additional cost.
All items returned to Rafeya will be donated to non-profit associations.

DELIVERY PROCESSES, CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS?

Shipping address changes must be requested before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed, cancelled, or diverted to a different shipping address.
Three attempts to deliver your package will be made by our shipping courier. If you’re not available during these attempts, our courier will ask you to contact them to arrange a delivery of your package for a time when you’ll be present to receive it.
A delivery confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as we receive a notification of successful order delivery from our courier.

Lost packages: If you haven’t actually received your order after receiving a delivery confirmation email,please contact us within 3 business days from the date you receive our delivery confirmation email.
Rafeya will not be responsible for the cost or replacement of lost or misplaced packages if notified later than the time frame mentioned above.
